Is this how it's going to be.

I know flash...I'm new, weak against the cause.
But hear me out I'm trying to better myself to where I'm just not limiting you like other programs such as Photoshop for the filter effects, Illustrator for the auto-trace to tune your everyday google image into a vector, Indesign for your calendar abilities, Sai Painter....well no I pretty much use the shit out of you.
*gasp*
But do you understand Flash I know your so much more then thought out to be from the mind of a beginner, I don't just look at you and see frame by frame animation, I don't look at you and see the wonders of symbol clip art animation, or just another web design program with insane coding.
I look at you and I see the driving force of ALL things possible. And when others criticized, and belittled...I was along side them...but that was before I understood your capabilities and for that I'm sorry.

So this is my plea, If you cold stop making me want to chuck my tablet across the room I'd be very grateful.

Problems I'm encountering

1.Lines are left with globs after making a pretty nice stroke.
2.Lines are being erased without the eraser tool, just by clicking on the screen.
3. Invisible markers, where I drag the marker to the center but after the motion tween is set, the half circle jumps down then rotates in a awkward motion.

I'm working with a Intuos 3 tablet and Adobe Flash Cs3 Pro.

If you have any suggestions I appreciate the feedback.

Is this how it's going to be.

1. The paintbrush is meant to simulate a paintbrush, so it does sometimes leave globs behind. You can use the pencil for more accuracy.
2. That's unintelligent technology for you.
3. Tweens are too complex/stupid, which is why I mostly stick to frame-by-frame.

I see this was half a year ago. How are you holding up now?

I'm still messing with it, i thought at one point that I needed a new tablet but I have done some things just to get the swing of things nothing complete like a movie but I'm still very interested in creating a short film. :)

Hiya, you don't need another tablet, just practice. I'm working with a bamboo tablet (it's by far what i can fund right now), and after three years working with it, i have reached a decent level of control. I'd love to have a intuos or a cintiq but, i will have to wait a looong time for it. You can do it toxicoid, i think that i know why you feel that way. You've been practicing this whole time in photosop making ilustrations, and you are very skilled in that program, but i can tell you, Flash has a totally different learning curve when is about the stroke. You will have to start from the beggining, but 'm sure that is not something that you can't handle. Oh man thanks, i will check that it out. I get story lines going and I seem to get pretty far but as soon as i have to actually animate frame by frame i get frustrated, cause I watch others work like your self, but i sit in awe because of the cleanliness of your lines, so i wonder "Do they have a newer version of flash and that's my problem." "Maybe my tablet really is just old, or the pen nib is over used?" And don't worry, the title is humorous to me xD it says it like it is and how people mutter to them self when they are working on something, or art for that matter. Thanks, I wish I could add my clever caption with it. Which is "Sometimes I think I have too much "free time", but only for a minute" :p I did check out the rest to that story ha had to do some translating but it was a interesting piece.
